Zutaten:
125 ml Paprikapulver süss
50 ml Salz, fein gemahlen/gemörsert
1 EL Zucker, fein gemahlen/gemörsert
50 ml Kreuzkümmel
50 ml bunter Pfeffer, gamehlen
50 ml Knoblauchpulver
2 EL Cayenne
Zubereitung:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store in a covered jar or air tight plastic container for up to 1 year after preparation.
- This rub can be used on beef, chicken, pork, fish, seafood, and vegetables.
