Knoblauch, frischer Koriander, Chili usw.<\/p>\n<p>1 Zwiebel<br \/>\n1 El \u00d6l<br \/>\n3 dl ungekochter Langkornreis\/middagsris<br \/>\nWasser nach Anleitung (3 dl Reis und 4,5 dl Wasser)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r kj\u00f8ttet i store terninger og bacon i sm\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Stek bacon f\u00f8rst og s\u00e5 lammekj\u00f8ttet i fettet fra baconet.<\/li>\n<li>Ha alt over i en gryte, hell over vin og vann.<\/li>\n<li>Legg p\u00e5 lokk og kok opp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Del k\u00e5len i store biter og legg over kj\u00f8ttet.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett salt, pepper og t\u00f8rre krydder.<\/li>\n<li>La det sm\u00e5koke i ca. 45 minutter, til kj\u00f8ttet er m\u00f8rt.<\/li>\n<li>Smak til med salt, pepper, alleh\u00e5nde og andre krydder\/Urter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<em>Reis mit gebratenen Zwiebeln<\/em><\/p>\n<li>Finhakk l\u00f8ken og stek den gyllenbrun.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett olje og ha i ris.<\/li>\n<li>La det surre til det blir blankt i 3\u20134 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Ha p\u00e5 vann og salt, og la sm\u00e5kok etter anvisning p\u00e5 pakken (20 minutter?).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Legg k\u00e5l og kj\u00f8tt p\u00e5 serveringsfat og server ris og sjyen ved siden av.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nSehr lecker, und nicht aufw\u00e4ndig. Allerdings war im Originalrezept nicht viel vom Rotwein zu schmecken, es fehlte eindeutig Salz und der Kohltopf wurde zu suppig.
