Zuckererbsen<br \/>\n2 EL Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche (oder (lett)r\u00f8mme)<br \/>\n4 dl Sahne<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\nPfeffer<br \/>\nRosenpfeffer<br \/>\n300 g Paste (z.B. Bandnudeln)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rens fisken og skj\u00e6r i terninger<\/li>\n<li>Rens og hakk l\u00f8k, hvitl\u00f8k, chili<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<p>Zuckererbsen putzen und zweiteilen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kok pasta al dente og stopp kokeprosessen med \u00e5 tilsette nok iskaldt vann.<\/li>\n<li>Hell av vannet og la st\u00e5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stek l\u00f8k blank i litt olje i en stor gryte og ha i hvitl\u00f8k p\u00e5 slutten.<\/li>\n<li>Ha i fl\u00f8te, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, sitron, litt rosa pepper, godt med svart pepper, men v\u00e6r forsiktig med salt.<\/li>\n<li>Kok opp og la putre i en fem minutters tid, til v\u00e6sken er redusert med nesten det halve.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett laksen og r\u00f8ykelaksen og timian \u2013 og la putre videre et lite minutt.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r inn pastaen og server n\u00e5r den er gjennomvarm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Server med godt br\u00f8d og eventuelt en salat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nWar wohl soweit okay &mdash; kann mich nicht mehr dran erinnern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tania &#038; Arnold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Laksepasta (dinmat.no\/) Zutaten: 200 Lachs, ger\u00e4uchert 1 Zwiebel 3 Knoblauchzehen 0,5 TL Thymian, frisch 1 Zitrone (geriebene Schale einer Zitrone) 1 Chilischote 1 Pk.
