Penne, sind einfacher zu essen)<br \/>\n4 Chorizo (oder andere w\u00fcrzige Wurst &#8211; hvis du f\u00e5r tak i Chorizo fra Ids\u00f8e i Stavanger (gibt&#8217;s bei Rema1000) er du heldig)<br \/>\n5 Schalotten<br \/>\n6 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n2 Chilischoten<br \/>\n3 kleine Fenchel<br \/>\n2 Pk. gr\u00fcne Bohnen<br \/>\n1 Pk. Sahne<br \/>\n1 Pott Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche oder (lett)r\u00f8mme<br \/>\n1 W\u00fcrfel Fleischbr\u00fche<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Skj\u00e6r Chorizo i skiver.<\/li>\n<li>Finhakk l\u00f8k og hvitl\u00f8k.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stek Chorizobitene i litt olje i pannen til de blir litt stekt.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut og legg til side. <\/li>\n<li>Surr l\u00f8k og hvitl\u00f8k p\u00e5 litt svakere varme, i oljen som er i pannen etter chorizoen.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett fl\u00f8te og buljong og r\u00f8r litt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sett p\u00e5 vann til pasta<\/li>\n<li>Ta oppi salt og pasta i vannet n\u00e5r det koker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Vask og kutt fennikel i biter.<\/li>\n<li>Vask og skj\u00e6r b\u00f8nnene i to p\u00e5 midten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La fl\u00f8tesausen surre i pannen p\u00e5 svak varme til det er ca fem minutter igjen av koketiden til pastaen.<\/li>\n<li>Ha fennikel og b\u00f8nner i fl\u00f8tesausen og skru opp varmen litt slik at alt blir varmt. Det skal ikke v\u00e6re s\u00e5 mye fl\u00f8tesaus.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r pastaen er ferdig, hell av vannet og vend pastaen inn i fl\u00f8tesausen.<\/li>\n<li>Dryss over chorizo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nWar gut, aber etwas Sch\u00e4rfe w\u00e4re nicht schlecht.
