Seelachs (seifilet) &#8211; Lachs geht aber sicher auch<br \/>\n2 Pakete Ruccolasalat<br \/>\n1 Bunt Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gewaschen und gedrittelt<br \/>\n1 Topf Koriander\/chinesische Petersilie (frisch)<br \/>\n\u00bd rote Chilischote<br \/>\n10 EL Sojaso\u00dfe<br \/>\n5 EL Teriyakiso\u00dfe<br \/>\nSaft einer \u00bd Zitrone<br \/>\n2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Reis (wei\u00df)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bland gr\u00f8nnsakene og legg dem i bunnen av en ildfast form, ha over soyasaus, teriyakisaus og sitronsaft.<\/li>\n<li>Legg fiskefileten opp\u00e5 gr\u00f8nnsakene, pensle med olivenolje.<\/li>\n<li>Bakes midt i ovnen p\u00e5 160 g i ca. 20 minutter, eller til fisken er ferdig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kok ris etter anvisning p\u00e5 pakken.<\/li>\n<li>Serveres med ris og gjerne litt ekstra soyasaus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00fcr mich war&#8217;s etwas zu s\u00fc\u00df-sauer, aber Arnold fand&#8217;s gut. Naturreis passte nicht so gut dazu, und ein Paket Ruccola war zu wenig.
