Sett fisken til side.<\/li>\n<li>La hvitl\u00f8k og v\u00e5rl\u00f8k surre p\u00e5 svak varme i ca. 2 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett hvetemel under omr\u00f8ring.<\/li>\n<li>Spe med melk under stadig omr\u00f8ring. <\/li>\n<li>Kok opp og tilsett revet skall av en sitron, 2 ss sitronsaft og fl\u00f8te.<\/li>\n<li>La sausen sm\u00e5koke i 5 minutter. <\/li>\n<li>Smak til med salt og pepper. <\/li>\n<li>Tilsett fisken og persille og la det sm\u00e5koke i ca. 2 minutter under forsiktig omr\u00f8ring. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mens pastasausen lages kokes pastaen \u201dal dente\u201d i en stor kjele fosskokende saltet vann.<\/li>\n<li>Vannet helles av, og pastaen blandes med pastasausen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server med agurksalat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nIch fand&#8217;s okay, obwohl mir das Ganze etwas zu sauer war.
