Tomaten<br \/>\n2 l Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (oder H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche)<br \/>\n1 TL Cayenne<br \/>\n1 dl Bulgur<br \/>\n2 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel (spisskummin)<br \/>\n1-2 TL Akazienhonig<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\nPfeffer<br \/>\nSaft von 0,5 Zitrone<br \/>\nButter, \u00d6l<br \/>\nBrot<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rens og hakk l\u00f8k, finhakk hvitl\u00f8k.<\/li>\n<li>Surr l\u00f8ken blank i en gryte med sm\u00f8r og olivenolje.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett hvitl\u00f8k og surr litt videre.<\/li>\n<li>Ta i paprikapulver, spisskummin og linsene (sjekk at de ikke krever bl\u00f8tlegging).<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett kraft (ev. vann og buljongterning).<\/li>\n<li>Kok opp og la putre i 20 minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Tilsett bulgur, cayenne og tomat og la putre videre i 15 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett honning og sitron og smak til med salt og pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server rykende varm med godt br\u00f8d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nEcht gut &mdash; sogar Arnold mochte die Suppe &#8230; und das, obwohl nicht mal Speck drin war! <\/p>\n<p><strong>Esser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tania &#038; Arnold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tyrkisk linsesuppe (dinmat.no) Zutaten: 8 Knoblauchzehen 2 Zwiebeln 2 TL Paprikapulver 2 dl rote Linsen 2 Ds.
