Dryss i rikelig med salt og pepper. <\/li>\n<li>Legg p\u00e5 lokk og la gryteretten trekke i 1 1\/2 time til kj\u00f8ttet er m\u00f8rt. <\/li>\n<li>Fjern lokket siste halvtimen, slik at sausen tykner. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00e5 langt kan du forberede dagen f\u00f8r serveringsdagen. Eller du kan fryse gryten slik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00f8r i kokosmelk og la gryten surre ferdig, cirka 5 minutter. <\/li>\n<li>Rens mynten fra stilkene og grovhakk.
