Sett ovnen p\u00e5 230 \u00b0C varmluft.<\/li>\n<li>Sett inn en bakeplate og la den forvarme minst 15 minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bland t\u00f8rt, tilsett vann, yoghurt og olje.<\/li>\n<li>Elt og la hvile 5\u201310 min.<\/li>\n<li>Del i 8\u201310 emner og kjevle ut, 3\u20135 mm tykk. Ovnsversjon funker best n\u00e5r br\u00f8dene ikke er for tynne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Legg br\u00f8dene p\u00e5 bakepapir. Pensle lett med olivenolje.<\/li>\n<li>Skyv bakepapiret med br\u00f8dene over p\u00e5 den glovarme platen. Ikke stable \u2013 stek \u00e9n plate av gangen.<\/li>\n<li>Stek midt i ovnen i 6\u20138 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Se etter: Lett gyllen farge, sm\u00e5 bobler, myk overflate (ikke spr\u00f8). Ikke oversteg \u2013 mandelmel blir fort t\u00f8rt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e5r br\u00f8dene tas ut: Stable dem straks og dekk med kj\u00f8kkenh\u00e5ndkle eller aluminiumsfolie. La hvile 5 minutter; dampen gj\u00f8r dem myke og b\u00f8yelige.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nEs war okay als F\u00fcllstoff.
