{"id":4448,"date":"2026-01-26T09:10:43","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T08:10:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=4448"},"modified":"2026-02-02T11:38:44","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T10:38:44","slug":"fischfilet-mit-gurke-dill-und-fischfond","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=4448","title":{"rendered":"Fischfilet mit Gurke, Dill und Fischfond"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ovnsbakt hvit fisk med agurk, dill og mild buljong<\/em> (Copilot)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten (4 Portionen):<\/strong><br \/>\n1-1,2 kg fiskefilet (hvitting, torsk, sei el.)<br \/>\n1 stor slangeagurk<br \/>\n2 ss olivenolje eller rapsolje<br \/>\n2-3 dl mild fiskebuljong (helst hjemmelaget eller lav-salt fra terning\/pulver)<br \/>\n5 ss finhakket dill (fersk anbefales)<br \/>\n2 liten sjalottl\u00f8k eller 1 vanlig l\u00f8k, sv\u00e6rt fint sk\u00e5ret<br \/>\nSalt (lite \u2013 buljongen er allerede salt)<br \/>\nHvit pepper eller et lite dryss vanlig pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skrell agurken om skallet er tykt.<\/li>\n<li>Del den p\u00e5 langs og skrap ut fr\u00f8ene med en skje; dette gj\u00f8r retten mindre &#8222;vannete&#8220;.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r agurken i tynne skiver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 180 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f8r bunnen av en ildfast form lett med olje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Legg agurk og l\u00f8k i bunnen.<\/li>\n<li>Legg fiskefiletene opp\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Krydre fisken lett med pepper og ev. en anelse salt.<\/li>\n<li>Dryss dill over fisken.<\/li>\n<li>Hell buljongen forsiktig over.<\/li>\n<li>Dekk formen l\u00f8st med folie.<\/li>\n<li>Stek midt i ovnen i 15 minutter, fjern folien og stek 5\u20137 minutter til.<\/li>\n<li>Fisken skal v\u00e6re akkurat fast og flake seg lett.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server med dampet blomk\u00e5l eller brokkoli, eller lett blomk\u00e5lmos (kun litt olje og salt).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nWar ganz lecker mit Blumenkohl.
