La koke til kj\u00f8ttet er gjennomkokt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>En pakke jogurt naturell, 5 ss gresk jogurt, 1 egg, 3 hvitl\u00f8ksfedd, salt og pepper kj\u00f8res gjennom stavmikser.<\/li>\n<li>Ta gryten fra kokeplaten.<\/li>\n<li>Hell jogurtmiksen inn litt etter litt(!) og r\u00f8r hele tiden med en skje. Dersom det ikke gj\u00f8res sakte og forsiktig, vil sausen skille seg og du ender opp med en tynn v\u00e6ske og grumsete jogurt-egger\u00f8re.<\/li>\n<li>Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 varmen igjen og r\u00f8r inntil du ser sm\u00e5 bobler.
