Kj\u00f8r det raskt sammen med stavmikser. Fordel i to sk\u00e5ler og tilsett fiskesaus i den ene og soyasaus i den andre (ikke alle liker fiskesaus!).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Del slangeagurken p\u00e5 langs og skrap ut den bl\u00f8te kjernen.\n<li>Skrell gulroten og rens v\u00e5rl\u00f8ken. Skj\u00e6r alt i tynne staver\/strimler.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r k\u00e5len i tynne strimler og del laksen i skiver.<\/li>\n<li>Alt b\u00f8r v\u00e6re lang og tynn, ellers blir det vanskelig \u00e5 rulle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Rullene lages \u00e9n og \u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Bl\u00f8tlegg ett rispapirark raskt i varmt vann p\u00e5 en stor tallerken og overf\u00f8r raskt til en fj\u00f8l.<\/li>\n<li>Legg p\u00e5 urter og laks.<\/li>\n<li>Legg deretter p\u00e5 salat, nudler, k\u00e5l, agurk, gulrot og v\u00e5rl\u00f8k.<\/li>\n<li>Pakk rispapiret stramt rundt fyllet. Brett inn sidene og rull sammen. Rispapir klistrer veldig, s\u00e5 en m\u00e5 v\u00e6re rask og ha fuktige hender.<\/li>\n<li>Dekk til de ferdige rullene med et fuktig kj\u00f8kkenh\u00e5ndkle mens du lager resten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server rullene med den friske chilidippen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nWir hatten viel zuviel F\u00fcllung, und das Rollen war erst sehr schwierig. Das Reispapier klebt an allem (vor allem sich selber), ist aber sehr dehnbar.
