Legg fileten over i en passende ildfast form.<\/li>\n<li>Hakk chili og hvitl\u00f8k. Kj\u00f8r chili, hvitl\u00f8k, soyasaus, fiskesaus, limesaft, vann og koriander sammen i en liten hurtigmikser eller med en stavmikser. Fordel halvparten av sausen over torsken.<\/li>\n<li>Dekk formen med aluminiumsfolie slik at den blir helt tett.<\/li>\n<li>Forbered gr\u00f8nnsakene.<\/li>\n<li>Sett formen midt i ovnen og damp fisken i cirka 20-30 minutter eller til den akkurat flaker seg ved et lett trykk.<\/li>\n<li>Husk \u00e5 steke gr\u00f8nnsakene og kok ris\/nudler.<\/li>\n<li>Server torsken i formen eller l\u00f8ft den forsiktig over p\u00e5 et lite fat. Drypp over resten av sausen og topp med spr\u00f8stekt l\u00f8k, spr\u00f8stekt hvitl\u00f8k, pean\u00f8tter, finsnittet v\u00e5rl\u00f8k og grovhakket koriander. Ha gjerne p\u00e5 litt mer chili ogs\u00e5 hvis \u00f8nskelig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Som ekstra tilbeh\u00f8r passer det godt med ris eller nudler og wokede gr\u00f8nnsaker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nLecker, aber viel Schnippelei.
