Hell over \u00f8let, og la st\u00e5 i noen minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Ha i surdeig og gj\u00e6r. R\u00f8r godt. Ha i rugmelet og saltet, og r\u00f8r til slutt inn 2\/3 av hvetemelet. Tilsett resten av melet litt etter litt til passe fast deig. Den skal v\u00e6re v\u00e5t og klissete.<\/li>\n<li>La st\u00e5 tildekket i 20 minutter mens du finner p\u00e5 noe annet.<\/li>\n<li>Vend s\u00e5 deigen over seg selv 3\u20134 ganger, dekk til, og la st\u00e5 til neste dag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>P\u00e5 morgenen:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start 1,5 time f\u00f8r du skal spise. Dypp h\u00e5nden i vann og vend deigen over seg selv to ganger.<\/li>\n<li>Sett ovnen p\u00e5 240 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Form rundstykker med deigskrapemetoden.\n<ul>\n<li>Du trenger \u00e9n \u2013 helst to \u2013 deigskraper, v\u00e5t deig og bare litt mel p\u00e5 bakebordet.<\/li>\n<li>Kutt av en passende snei av deigen, og skrap den noen cm bortover bakebordet slik at den formes til en p\u00f8lse som er spiss i begge ender.<\/li>\n<li>Dryss den med mel, l\u00f8ft opp med skrapen, og bruk den andre skrapen til \u00e5 skrape den av, vend i rugmelet og legg over p\u00e5 et bakebrett med papir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Etterhev i 15\u201325 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Stek i 16\u201320 minutter til m\u00f8rke, gylne og spr\u00f8.<\/li>\n<li>Avkj\u00f8les p\u00e5 rist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nSind gut geworden, aber relativ flach. Sonnenblumenkerne m\u00fcssen nicht unbedingt sein. Als Bier hatten wir Duchesse de Bourgogne; das hatte einen interessanten Touch, aber ist Geldverschwendung. Ein billigeres dunkles Bier, z.B.
