Spinat<br \/>\n1 EL Salz<br \/>\nPfeffer<br \/>\n1 TL rote Curryso\u00dfe<br \/>\n1 dl Kokosmilch<br \/>\n1 dl Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sett steikeovnen p\u00e5 160 grader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r torsken i mindre biter og ha fiskekj\u00f8ttet i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin med kniver. <\/li>\n<li>Ha i litt salt og kj\u00f8r til massen blir seig. <\/li>\n<li>Ha i ett egg og kj\u00f8r til det blir seigt igjen. <\/li>\n<li>Kj\u00f8r det mens du sper med halvparten av melken og deretter halvpaten av fl\u00f8ten. <\/li>\n<li>Krydre med litt pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Gj\u00f8r det samme med laksen, men n\u00e5 med tomatpur\u00e9 i farsen. (S\u00e5 sper du akkurat som beskrevet ovenfor).<\/li>\n<li>Vend til slutt inn renset og grovhakket spinat og grovhakkede reker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sm\u00f8r en passende br\u00f8dform og fyll f\u00f8rst med halvparten av torskefarsen, deretter laksen og til slutt resten av torsken. <\/li>\n<li>Sett br\u00f8dformen ned i en st\u00f8rre form og hell p\u00e5 kokende vann til det st\u00e5r en tredjedel opp i formen. <\/li>\n<p><lI>Stek i ovn p\u00e5 i en dr\u00f8y halvtime, til puddingen er fast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currysaus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bland sammmen currysaus, kokosmelk og gr\u00f8nnsaksbuljong og la det koke litt.<\/li>\n<li>Server det ved siden av puddingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nNie gemacht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8212;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luksus-pudding med reker og curryshot (dinmat.no) Zutaten: 500 g Dorschfilet 500 g Lachsfilet 200 g Krabben, gepult (reker) 1 EL Tomatenmark 3 dl Milch 2 Eier 3 dl Sahne 1 Pk.
