Bland det godt sammen og la kj\u00f8ttet marinere i kj\u00f8leskapet i 2-3 timer eller mer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00f8r sammen ingrediensene til sausen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Finhakk eller finsnitt hvitl\u00f8ken.<\/li>\n<li>Del brokkolien i sm\u00e5 buketter og skj\u00e6r stilken i skiver.<\/li>\n<li>Rens og del v\u00e5rl\u00f8k og sopp i grove biter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Varm litt olje i en wok eller stekepanne. Stek kj\u00f8ttet raskt over h\u00f8y varme. Ikke ha for mye i pannen, stek det heller i flere omganger og hell kj\u00f8ttet over p\u00e5 en tallerken s\u00e5 lenge.<\/li>\n<li>Varm woken p\u00e5 nytt med litt olje. Tilsett brokkoli. Stek videre under stadig omr\u00f8ring til brokkolien er knapt m\u00f8r (tilsett gjerne en d\u00e6sj med vann underveis i stekingen s\u00e5 brokkolien stekes\/dampes knapt m\u00f8r).<\/li>\n<p><il>Ta brokkolien ut av pannen s\u00e5 lenge. Fortsett med \u00e5 steke soppen, tilsett hvitl\u00f8k og v\u00e5rl\u00f8k og stek videre under omr\u00f8ring i et lite minutt. Ha kj\u00f8tt og brokkoli tilbake i pannen. Hell over sausen og bland alt godt sammen. Dryss over cashewn\u00f8tter og server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dazu schmeckt Reis.<\/p>\n<p>Andre gr\u00f8nnsaker som asparges, aspargesb\u00f8nner, sukkererter, squash, bambusskudd og vannkastanjer passer godt. Bruk litt chili i sausen eller dryss over knust t\u00f8rket chili hvis \u00f8nskelig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nMittlerer Aufwand, und sehr lecker.
