Hev deigen p\u00e5 et lunt sted i en time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Elt deigen igjen.<\/li>\n<li>Form deigen til to avlange br\u00f8d som legges i smurte former.<\/li>\n<li>Etterhev br\u00f8dene i 15 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Pensle br\u00f8dene med egg, og stek dem deretter i 30 minutter ved 150 \u00b0C, og ev. 10 minutter ved 200 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nGutes Wei\u00dfbrot, aber nicht sehr lange haltbar.
