Drypp over en god olivenolje, en klype flaksalt og masser dem med hendene i 10 sekunder.<\/li>\n<li>Skyll salatingrediensene.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r fennikel og v\u00e5rl\u00f8k i tynne skiver.<\/li>\n<li>Bland gryn, brokkoli, fennikel, v\u00e5rl\u00f8k, salat, persille og ruccula i en salatbolle. Klem over litt sitronsaft, sprinkle over litt olivenolje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skrell agurken og del i biter. Ha den i en h\u00f8y bolle sammen med avokadobiter og et lite fedd revet hvitl\u00f8k.<\/li>\n<li>Bruk en stavmikser og mos det til pur\u00e9, smak til med salt, nykvernet pepper og sitron.<\/li>\n<li>Sett kaldt mens du lager resten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skyll vekk saltet fra fisken og t\u00f8rk med kj\u00f8kkenpapir.<\/li>\n<li>Dryss p\u00e5 nykvernet pepper og stek \u00f8rreten p\u00e5 middels varme i 2-3 minutter p\u00e5 hver side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tips! Lag alltid for mye. Dette er supert \u00e5 ha med i matpakken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nLecker und gesund. Allerdings haben wir die doppelte Menge gemacht, was in zu viel Salat und viel zuviel So\u00dfe resultierte.
