(250 g) tiefgek\u00fchlten Lachs (oder anderen Fisch wie z.B. Kabeljau, Scholle oder Dorsch nehmen)<br \/>\n1 Pkg. MAGGI Fix f\u00fcr Lachs-Gratin<br \/>\n250 ml Schlagsahne<br \/>\nMAGGI Fondor<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\nWildreis<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, waschen, l\u00e4ngs halbieren und in Salzwasser kochen.<\/li>\n<li>Spargel waschen, sch\u00e4len und in ca. 3 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n<li>Den Spargel mit Fondor und 1 TL Zucker in reichlich Wasser ca. 12 Min. kochen und dann abgie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kartoffeln und Spargel in eine Auflaufform geben.<\/li>\n<li>Angetauten Lachs in St\u00fccke schneiden und darauf verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>MAGGI Fix f\u00fcr Lachs-Gratin mit der Schlagsahne verr\u00fchren und \u00fcber den Zutaten verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 \u00b0C ca. 25 Min. garen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nNie gemacht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8212;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lachs-Spargel-Gratin (Maggi Kochstudio) Zutaten (4 Portionen): 250 g Kartoffeln 500 g Spargel 1 TL Zucker 1 Pkg.
