Tomaten<br \/>\n1\/2 EL Chilipaste (Sambal Oelek)<br \/>\n0,5 TL rote Currypaste (zur Not durch Knoblauch ersetzen)<br \/>\n2 EL Tomatenmark (tomatpur\u00e9)<br \/>\n1 dl Wasser<br \/>\n1 TL Salz<br \/>\n1 Ds. Kichererbsen<br \/>\n0,5 TL Zucker<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Pfeffer<br \/>\n1 Pk. Ruccolasalat<br \/>\nReis oder Kartoffeln<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Del skinkebiffene tvers over i to.<\/li>\n<li>Varm olje i en jerngryte og fres skinkebiffene p\u00e5 h\u00f8y varme p\u00e5 begge sider sammen med l\u00f8k i b\u00e5ter.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett tomater, tomatpure, sambal oelek, kikerter, vann, r\u00f8d currypaste\/hvitl\u00f8k og salt.<\/li>\n<li>La gryta trekke 3 &#8211; 4 minutter, smak til med litt sukker og pepper.\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kok ris eller poteter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r rucculasalat i mindre biter, og bland den inn i gryten like f\u00f8r servering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nKein Schinkensteak bekommen; daf\u00fcr haben wir H\u00fchnerbr\u00fcste in 4 Teile geteilt und in Br\u00fche gekocht. Das Essen war etwas flau, aber mit der roten Currypaste ging es. Wir empfehlen, die H\u00fchnerbr\u00fcste beim Anbraten ordentlich zu w\u00fcrzen.
