Hefe<br \/>\n2,5 dl Wasser<br \/>\n1 EL Salz<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alle Zutaten verr\u00fchren, und Teig 30 Minuten an einem warmen Ort ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Weitere 2 Minuten r\u00fchren, und erneut 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Ca. 150 g Teig zu Kugeln formen und unter einem feuchten Handtuch erneut 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Teigkugeln zu Fladen mit ca. 30 cm Durchmesser ausrollen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Grillelement im Backofen auf h\u00f6chste Stufe stellen, und eine Bratpfanne auf dem Herd ebenfalls.<\/li>\n<li>Pitabrote nacheinander in der Pfanne backen, und dann unter das Grillelement legen.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald die Brote aufgehen, sind sie fertig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nNie gemacht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<!-- \n\n<li>Tania & Arnold<\/li>\n\n -->\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enkle pitabr\u00f8d (A-magasinet 4. september 2020) Zutaten: 5 dl Mehl 0,5 Pk.
