Lag noen ruter og grav ut litt av kj\u00f8ttet s\u00e5 eggene f\u00e5r plass.<\/li>\n<li>Forvarm stekeovnen til 200 grader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ha de halve avokadoene i en ildfast form. Pass p\u00e5 at de ligger st\u00f8dig, st\u00f8tt de gjerne mot formens side og hverandre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knekk ett egg om gangen i en liten sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00f8ft ut eggeplommen og legg det forsiktig i avokadoen (det kan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Oyz1C_9WJfw\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">brukes en plastflaske<\/a> til det).<\/li>\n<li>Fyll p\u00e5 med eggehvite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stek avokadoeggene p\u00e5 200 grader i ca 20 min eller til eggehvitene er helt faste. Stek litt lenger om du \u00f8nsker fast eggeplomme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dryss over chiliflakes og ev. spirer og spr\u00f8stekt bacon eller skinke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nDas Eiwei\u00df l\u00e4uft \u00fcberall hin, und das Avcadofleisch wird ziemlich weich-schleimig.
