Posjer et egg og legg dette p\u00e5 toppen tilslutt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Posjering av egg:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Fyll en kasserolle nesten full, til det er cirka 7 centimeter igjen til kanten.<\/li>\n<li>Kok opp vannet og tilsett en klype salt og 2 spiseskjeer med eddik.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r vannet koker skrur du ned varmen til medium pluss.<\/li>\n<li>Med en skje lager du en virvel i vannet. Kakk et egg i en sk\u00e5l og hell egget ned i virvelen.<\/li>\n<li>La egget ligge i vannet i cirka 2 minutter, da vil det ha bl\u00f8t plomme. Vil du ha fastere eggeplomme lar du egget ligge i n\u00e6rmere tre minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Ta egget forsiktig ut med en hullskje.
