Stek til soppen begynner \u00e5 \u00absvette\u00bb, faller litt sammen og f\u00e5r farge. Ha over i en stor gryte.<\/li>\n<li>Brun baconterningene i samme stekepanne. L\u00f8ft over i gryta med soppen.<\/li>\n<li>Senk temperaturen og smelt litt sm\u00f8r i stekepannen. Brun kyllingbitene og legg over i gryta.<\/li>\n<li>Smelt resten av sm\u00f8ret og la l\u00f8k og hvitl\u00f8k surre i 2-3 minutter under omr\u00f8ring. L\u00f8ken skal bli blank og myk, ikke svidd. Ha sammen med resten.<\/li>\n<li>Hell fl\u00f8te og kyllingkraft i gryta. R\u00f8r inn kremost og smak til med sennep, soyasaus og pepper. Legg i stilker med fersk timian.<\/li>\n<li>La kyllinggryten sm\u00e5koke under omr\u00f8ring i ca. 5 minutter, til kyllingen er gjennomvarm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Del brokkoli i mindre buketter og gi dem et raskt oppkok i lettsaltet vann.
