Kartoffeln<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oppvarm boksen en stund i varmt vann, p\u00e5 panelovn eller p\u00e5 peis, slik at fettet blir flytende.<\/li>\n<li>Dekk et stekebrett med bakepapir.<\/li>\n<li>Ta andel\u00e5rene ut av fettet, legg dem med skinnsiden opp p\u00e5 stekebrettet og stek ved 180 \u00b0C i ca. 20 minutter til skinnet er spr\u00f8tt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sil av fettet og gjenbruk det til steking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Andeconfit kan serveres med en frisk sitrussalat med appelsin, grapefrukt og granateple. R\u00f8d appelsin gir flott farge, hakkede pistasjn\u00f8tter gir \u00abkr\u00f8nsj\u00bb og litt flytende honning tilf\u00f8rer s\u00f8dme. Du kan lage en lekker blandet salat med revet andeconfit som topping, eller du kan satse p\u00e5 den klassiske varmretten med r\u00f8dl\u00f8kskompott, aspargesb\u00f8nner, stekte poteter og r\u00f8dvinssaus som tilbeh\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p>Tips!
