{"id":2956,"date":"2020-03-06T11:24:57","date_gmt":"2020-03-06T10:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=2956"},"modified":"2020-03-06T11:25:37","modified_gmt":"2020-03-06T10:25:37","slug":"reis-mit-sojaseelachs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=2956","title":{"rendered":"Reis mit Sojaseelachs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Risbolle med soyasei<\/em> (A-Magasinet 6. mars 2020 &ndash; Matskolen)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten (4 Personen):<\/strong><br \/>\n250 g Sushreis<br \/>\nWasser<br \/>\n400 g Seelachs<br \/>\n1 dl Sojaso\u00dfe<br \/>\n100 g Butter<br \/>\n1 EL Ingwer, gerieben<br \/>\n1 dl Sake\/Wei\u00dfwein + 1 TL Zucker (oder wenn vorhanden gleich 0,5 dl Mirin)<br \/>\n100 g Shiitake- oder Austernpilze<br \/>\n2 TL Sesamsaat<br \/>\n100 g Spinat<br \/>\n1 Knoblauchzehe<br \/>\n2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, fein geschnitten<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=2951\">Chili\u00f6l<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mariner fisken i soyasausen i ca. 15 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Kok risen.<\/li>\n<li>Sil av soyasausen og spar den.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Smelt litt av sm\u00f8ret i en panne og stek soppen i 3-4 minutter p\u00e5 ganske h\u00f8y varme, sett til side og hold den varm.<\/li>\n<li>Gj\u00f8r det samme med spinat, hvitl\u00f8k og til slutt sesamfr\u00f8ene.<\/li>\n<li>Smelt resten av sm\u00f8ret i en panne, stek fisken p\u00e5 ganske h\u00f8y varme i 3-4 minutter (ikke brenn sm\u00f8ret).
