Fjern skummet, hell forsiktig fettet opp i en annen bolle uten \u00e5 f\u00e5 med den melkehvite v\u00e6sken i bunnen. Bruk s\u00e5 dette sm\u00f8ret som i oppskriften.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ha 2 ss sm\u00f8r i en kjele\/panne og brun l\u00f8ken p\u00e5 middels varme i ca. 15-20 minutter. Vend ofte. Tilsett hvitl\u00f8ken halvveis. Tilsett litt vann mot slutten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Smelt halvparten av sm\u00f8ret i en panne og legg i fiskestykkene f\u00f8r sm\u00f8ret blir for brunt.<\/li>\n<li>Stek dem i minst 5-6 minutter p\u00e5 \u00e9n side f\u00f8r du snur. Skyv dem forsiktig rundt, slik at sm\u00f8ret ikke blir for brent. Det gir en jevnere bruning og bedre smak. Tilsett resten av sm\u00f8ret underveis.<\/li>\n<li>Bruk gjerne steketermometer, fiskens kjernetemperatur skal v\u00e6re maks 50 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ta ut fisken og kok ut sm\u00f8ret med soya og sitron.<\/li>\n<li>Server fisken med l\u00f8ken og soyasm\u00f8ret over.
