Smak til underveis med litt syltelake. Majonesen skal v\u00e6re skikkelig syrlig og ganske salt. Blir blandingen for tykk, justerer du med vann eller syltelake. Er den for tynn, sper du i mer olje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perfekt saus til magert kj\u00f8tt, skalldyr eller gr\u00f8nnsaker.
