Kok opp til 120 grader (bruk steketermometer) og la det putre p\u00e5 middels varme. Du m\u00e5 ha litt t\u00e5lmodighet for dette tar litt tid. Jeg r\u00f8rer litt innimellom. Dobbeltsjekk alltid karamellen ved \u00e5 ha litt karamell p\u00e5 en skje. Dypp det s\u00e5 i kaldt vann og du vil se om karamellen har rett konsistens.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r karamellen er ferdig has den over i en liten langpanne, ev. 2 br\u00f8dformer. Denne dekkes med et bakepapir og drysses med halvparten av lakrispulveret.<\/li>\n<li>Ha s\u00e5 over den ferdige karamellen og la den sette seg et par minutter i formen f\u00f8r det siste av lakrispulveret has over.<\/li>\n<li>Sett karamellene kj\u00f8lig. Jeg lot de st\u00e5 ca. 6 timer, men gjerne over natten.<\/li>\n<li>Del opp bitene i \u00f8nskede biter og pakk de inn i matpapir\/mellomleggspapir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jeg oppbevarer karamellene mine i en tett boks i matboden som holder ca. 6-7 grader.
