Sett til side.<\/li>\n<li>Forbered kalkunrullen: Forvarm ovnen til 200 \u02daC. Skj\u00e6r l\u00f8s \u00abinnerfileten\u00bb p\u00e5 kalkunfileten.<\/li>\n<li>Del kalkunfileten p\u00e5 langs, nesten helt gjennom. Legg skinnsiden ned og brett ut brystet som en sommerfugl. Dekk med plastfolie og bank kj\u00f8ttet slik at det f\u00e5r en jevn tykkelse. Gj\u00f8r det samme med den lille fileten.<\/li>\n<li>Legg baconskivene tett i tett p\u00e5 et lag plastfolie eller matpapir. Du kan ev. flette baconskivene sammen til et \u00abark\u00bb, omtrent p\u00e5 st\u00f8rrelse som kalkunfileten.<\/li>\n<li>Plasser kalkunfileten p\u00e5 baconet og fordel stuffingen jevnt utover. L\u00f8ft plastfolien p\u00e5 den ene langsiden og rull sammen s\u00e5 tett som mulig.<\/li>\n<li>Legg kalkunrullen med skj\u00f8ten ned i en smurt br\u00f8dform og sett inn steketermometer. Stek p\u00e5 rist midt i ovnen til kjernetemperaturen er 65 \u02daC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lag b\u00e5tpoteter: Skyll og t\u00f8rk potetene. Del i b\u00e5ter og fordel utover en ildfast form eller et bakepapirkledd stekebrett. Ringle over olivenolje og krydre med salt og pepper.
