Dette heller du over kj\u00f8ttet ved servering eller ved siden av som en sky.<\/li>\n<li>Sett kj\u00f8ttstykket under grillen p\u00e5 h\u00f8y temperatur til skorpen p\u00e5 kj\u00f8ttet er spr\u00f8tt og deilig. Dette tar ikke mange minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Tilbered couscous i kyllingkraft. M\u00e5l opp v\u00e6sken som anvist p\u00e5 pakken.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r couscousen er ferdig blander du inn mynte, pistasjen\u00f8tter og pynt med granatepler. Ha i olje og sitronsaft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skrubb gulr\u00f8ttene. Forkok dem i lettsaltet vann til de er m\u00f8re, men ikke ferdige.<\/li>\n<li>I en panne smelter du sm\u00f8r og honning.<\/li>\n<li>Press appelsinsaft over og legg gulr\u00f8ttene i pannen.<\/li>\n<li>Kok opp og vend gulr\u00f8ttene ofte. Kjenn med en knivspiss om kjernen er m\u00f8r.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r v\u00e6sken kokes inn til en sirup og gulr\u00f8ttene glinser er de ferdige. Str\u00f8 forsiktig flaksalt over.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server lammebogen hel p\u00e5 et fat slik at man kan forsyne seg selv av det m\u00f8re kj\u00f8ttet.
