Tilsett eventuelt litt melk eller vann dersom du synes deigen er litt fast eller litt mer panko dersom du synes den er for l\u00f8s.<\/li>\n<li>Bruk to skjeer (dyppet i kaldt vann) og form jevnstore kj\u00f8ttboller, ca. 12-16 stykker (lag dem gjerne litt mindre dersom du skal benytte dem i en buffet eller lignende).<\/li>\n<li>Stek kj\u00f8ttbollene i en blanding av sm\u00f8r og n\u00f8ytral olje (i to omganger), til de har en fin stekeskorpe.<\/li>\n<li>Kj\u00f8ttbollene skal ikke v\u00e6re gjennomstekte enda, siden de ogs\u00e5 skal en liten tur inn i stekeovnen.<\/li>\n<li>Fordel kj\u00f8ttbollene i en ildfast form, ca. 32 x 22 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Fres l\u00f8k og hvitl\u00f8k i litt n\u00f8ytral olje, til l\u00f8ken er blank og myk, men ikke s\u00e5 lenge at hvitl\u00f8ken tar farge.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett de hermetiske tomatene, kok opp, og smak til med salt og pepper.<\/li>\n<li>La sausen st\u00e5 \u00e5 putre uten lokk i ca. 10 minutter og fordel den deretter over kj\u00f8ttbollene.<\/li>\n<li>Riv mozzarellaen med hendene og fordel osten over sausen og kj\u00f8ttbollene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stekes midt i ovnen ved 200 grader (over- og undervarme) i 15-20 minutter, til osten begynner \u00e5 bli gyllen.<\/li>\n<li>Fordel gjerne litt frisk basilikum over formen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Serveres med nykokt pasta eller hvitl\u00f8ksbr\u00f8d, og gjerne sammen med en gr\u00f8nn salat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nLecker und recht einfach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tania &#038; Arnold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Italienske kj\u00f8ttboller i tomatsaus (Trines matblogg).
