Obs, bruk lunket vann!<\/li>\n<li>Sett deigen til heving et lunt sted i minst en halvtime, og gjerne lenger om du har mulighet.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f8 litt mel p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenbenken og del deigen i to deler.<\/li>\n<li>Trill to kuler av deigen og kjevle dem runde, gjerne direkte p\u00e5 bakepapiret den skal stekes p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u25e6Del opp mozzarellaen i skiver.<\/li>\n<li>Rist pinjekjernene i stekepanne.<\/li>\n<li>Del sjampinjongen i skiver og stek i sm\u00f8r.<\/li>\n<li>Snitt opp v\u00e5rl\u00f8ken, og skyll rucculaen.<\/li>\n<li>Finhakk og bland hvitl\u00f8k med creme fraiche.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r r\u00f8kt laks i strimler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Fordel noen skjeer med creme fraiche blandingen og biter med mozzarella p\u00e5 deigen og stek p\u00e5 250 grader i 10-15 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r pizzaen er spr\u00f8stekt og fin tar du den ut og legger p\u00e5 stekt sjampinjong, ruccola, lakseskiver, tomater, v\u00e5rl\u00f8k og pinjekjerner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nWar eigentlich ganz lecker.
