{"id":2435,"date":"2017-03-22T20:51:18","date_gmt":"2017-03-22T19:51:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=2435"},"modified":"2017-04-29T14:05:30","modified_gmt":"2017-04-29T13:05:30","slug":"mais-chowder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=2435","title":{"rendered":"Mais Chowder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Corn chowder<\/em> (A-Magasinet, 9. september 2016)<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2437\" style=\"width: 260px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Mais-Chowder.png\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2437\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Mais-Chowder.png\" alt=\"Mais Chowder\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2437\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2437\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mais Chowder<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><br \/>\n4 kolber fersk mais<br \/>\n100 g sm\u00f8r<br \/>\n75-100 g hvetemel (ca. 5-7 ss)<br \/>\n200 g saltet sideflesk eller bacon<br \/>\n1 gulrot<br \/>\n1 l\u00f8k<br \/>\n1 stangeselleri<br \/>\nEt par stilker timian<br \/>\n1,2 l vann<br \/>\n8 dl melk<br \/>\n200 g poteter i terninger<br \/>\nkoriander<br \/>\npersille<br \/>\nlimeb\u00e5ter<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\npepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r maiskornene fra kolbene, men ikke for tett inntil &#8222;stammen&#8220;, da f\u00e5r du med for mye fiber.<\/li>\n<li>Kok opp vann og ha i kolbene.<\/li>\n<li>Legg kornene til side.<\/li>\n<li>La det sm\u00e5koke mens du holder p\u00e5 med resten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Varm en stor kjele og ha i sm\u00f8ret.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r flesket i terninger og la det frese p\u00e5 svak varme.<\/li>\n<li>Hakk l\u00f8k, gulr\u00f8t stangselleri og la det frese med i fire-fem minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Ha i timiankvaster og maiskornene og la det surre enda noen minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f8 over melet og nland det godt inn.<\/li>\n<li>Spe med kolbekraften, litt etter litt, og la det koke opp mellom hver gang.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r du har hatt i alt, sper du med melken p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5te.<\/li>\n<li>Ha i poteter, la suppen sm\u00e5koke i 10 minutter, pass p\u00e5 st den ikke setter seg fast i bunnen.<\/li>\n<li>Skjekk at potetene er ferdig kokt og smak til med salt og pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Hakk persille og koriander, og kutt limetten i b\u00e5ter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sett frem malt chili, eventuelt chilisaus, hakket koriander, sort pepper, limeb\u00e5ter, hakket persille.
