La det ligge i 10 minutter. <\/li>\n<li>Legg i tomatpur\u00e9, tomater og soyasaus.<\/li>\n<li>Legg kj\u00f8ttet p\u00e5 toppen og sett p\u00e5 lokk. Sett inn gryten i forvarmet ovn.<\/li>\n<li>Senk temperaturen etter 20 min til 100 grader. Ved 100 grader m\u00e5 kj\u00f8ttet st\u00e5 i \u00e5tte timer, ved 140 grader m\u00e5 det st\u00e5 i minst fire timer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e5r kj\u00f8ttet er klart kan du dra det fra hverandre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server i hamburgerbr\u00f8d, i tortillas eller sammen med ris.
