{"id":2196,"date":"2016-03-22T14:50:16","date_gmt":"2016-03-22T13:50:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=2196"},"modified":"2016-06-18T14:13:45","modified_gmt":"2016-06-18T13:13:45","slug":"einfache-spinatlasagne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/?p=2196","title":{"rendered":"Einfache Spinatlasagne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Enkel lasagne med spinat<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rema.no\/oppskrifter\/enkel-lasagne-med-spinat\/REC-34659\" target=\"_blank\">Rema 1000<\/a>)<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2198\" style=\"width: 260px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Einfache-Spinatlasagne.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2198\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2198\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/rezepte.tarnold.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Einfache-Spinatlasagne.png\" alt=\"Einfache Spinatlasagne\" width=\"250\" height=\"167\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2198\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2198\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Einfache Spinatlasagne<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Zutaten (4 Personen):<\/strong><br \/>\n600 g Hakket spinat, fersk eller fryst<br \/>\n533,3 g Kj\u00f8ttdeig u\/salt og vann<br \/>\n1,3 stk L\u00f8k<br \/>\n0,7 ts Spisskummen<br \/>\n0,7 dl Lettr\u00f8mme<br \/>\n333,3 g Lasagneplater<br \/>\n2,7 ss Olje<br \/>\n2,7 klype Salt<br \/>\n1,3 ss Hvetemel<br \/>\n1,3 stk Egg<br \/>\n133,3 g Hvitost<br \/>\n1,3 stk Tomat<br \/>\n1,3 klype Salt<br \/>\nParmesan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 200 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Finhakk tomaten og press ut s\u00e5 mye v\u00e6ske som mulig.<\/li>\n<li>Ta vare p\u00e5 b\u00e5de v\u00e6sken og tomaten.<\/li>\n<li>Krydre tomaten med litt salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stek kj\u00f8ttdeig og l\u00f8k i olje p\u00e5 middels varme i 10 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Krydre med spisskummen og salt.<\/li>\n<li>Ha i spinat og tomatv\u00e6sken, skru opp varmen og stek i 5 minutters tid, til spinaten har begynt \u00e5 kollapse og v\u00e6sken har begynt \u00e5 koke litt inn.<\/li>\n<li>Dryss over hvetemel og kok i 2 minutter til.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kok lasagneplatene som angitt p\u00e5 pakken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ta kj\u00f8tt- og spinatblandingen av varmen.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r inn r\u00f8mme eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche og halvparten av osten.<\/li>\n<li>Pisk egget og r\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 inn.<\/li>\n<li>Legg kj\u00f8ttblanding og lasagneplater lagvis i en liten ildfast form.<\/li>\n<li>Start og avslutt med kj\u00f8ttblanding.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f8 resten av osten og finhakket tomat p\u00e5 toppen.<\/li>\n<li>Bak midt i ovnen i ca. 15 minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server med revet parmesan.<\/li>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nDas war jetzt nicht wirklich lecker! Die Lasagneplatten waren noch etwas zu fest (war auch Vollkorn) und die Lasagne total schleimig. Vielleicht h\u00e4tte man daf\u00fcr doch frischen Spinat nehmen sollen, und nicht eingefrorenen.
