Ha en buljongterning i vannet.<\/li>\n<li>Rens og kutt brokkolien i buketter. Kok det knapt m\u00f8rt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ha kyllingl\u00e5rfiletene i en bolle sammen med soyasaus, sukker og pepper. Bland det godt sammen.<\/li>\n<li>Ha olje i en varm stekepanne.
