Ha de revne gulr\u00f8ttene i en bolle.<\/li>\n<li>Press appelsinen over gulr\u00f8ttene.<\/li>\n<li>Hakk persillen, m\u00e5l opp matoljen og ha det i gulr\u00f8ttene.<\/li>\n<li>Knus fennikelfr\u00f8ene med siden av en kniv.
