Bruk terteformer eller andre former som t\u00e5ler god varme. Klem et dobbelt lag aluminiumsfolie rundt formene for ekstra isolasjon.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 180 grader.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r sm\u00f8r og sukker lyst.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett ett og ett egg og r\u00f8r godt mellom hvert egg.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r til slutt inn melet. Som variasjon kan halvparten av melet erstattes med finmalte n\u00f8tter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kle formen (eller formene) med bakepapir og bre r\u00f8ren utover.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r eplene i smale b\u00e5ter eller biter.<\/li>\n<li>Vend eplene i sukker blandet med kanel. Dytt eplene godt ned i r\u00f8ren og dryss ev. rester av sukker over til slutt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Steke kaken(e) i 35 minutter, men f\u00f8lg med underveis.<\/li>\n<li>Kaken er ferdigstekt n\u00e5r overflaten er pent gyllen og virker fast n\u00e5r du tar p\u00e5 den.<\/li>\n<li>Kaken kan ogs\u00e5 grilles.
