La blandingen bli jevnt brun. R\u00f8r godt hele tiden(!) og ikke ha for sterk varme. (Beregn ca. 10 minutter \u00e5 brune fett og mel, noe lengre tid hvis du har en stor porsjon.)<\/li>\n<li>Spe med varm kraft eller sky. Spe ca. halvparten av v\u00e6sken om gangen.<\/li>\n<li>Kok sausen ca. 5 minutter etter at den er ferdigspedd.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett soyasausen og smak til med salt og eventuelt andre smakstilsetninger (f.eks. pepper, vin, fl\u00f8te).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Die So\u00dfe wird zu dunklem Fleisch gegessen, oder dient als Basis f\u00fcr Geschnetzeltes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nBisher 1x gemacht &#8211; war recht einfach und echt ganz gut. Wir haben Wildgeschnetzeltes angebraten und danach in der Pfanne die So\u00dfe zubereitet (verfeinert mit viel Pfeffer, Rotwein und etwas Sahne). Das Fleisch wurde in die Pfanne zur\u00fcckgegeben und darauf 1 grob geschnittene Zwiebel, 2 in Scheiben geschnittene Wurzeln und eine handvoll geviertelte Pilze gelegt.
