Avkj\u00f8l blandingen til den er fingervarm (37 \u00b0C). Det er viktig at v\u00e6sken ikke er for varm for at bollene skal heve seg luftige og fine. Avkj\u00f8lingsprosessen g\u00e5r raskere om du setter kjelen i en vaskekum fylt med kaldt vann.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r gj\u00e6ren ut i v\u00e6sken.<\/li>\n<li>Bland i kardemomme og hvetemel.<\/li>\n<li>Tilpass melmengden; det kan hende at du trenger litt mer enn det som er angitt i oppskriften. Deigen skal v\u00e6re god \u00e5 trille og ikke l\u00f8s og klissete. Elt deigen til den er smidig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Trill ut bollene med en gang (ca. 40 stk) og legg dem p\u00e5 bakepapirdekkede stekeplater.<\/li>\n<li>La dem heve lunt i 1 time.<\/li>\n<li>Stek bollene midt i ovnen ved 230 \u00b0C i 7-10 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Dette er h\u00f8y varme, s\u00e5 pass n\u00f8ye p\u00e5 s\u00e5 bollene ikke blir for brune.
