Pass p\u00e5 at farsen ikke blir til mos, bollene er best om de er litt grove.<\/li>\n<li>Form sm\u00e5 lakseboller, og stek dem p\u00e5 middels h\u00f8y varme med litt olje til de er gylne p\u00e5 alle sider.<\/li>\n<li>Ta dem ut av pannen og hold dem varme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ha v\u00e5rl\u00f8ken i stekepannen, tilsett den kokte risen, r\u00f8r godt rundt og la det steke i noen minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Lachsb\u00e4llchen sind \u00fcberraschend fest und sehr lecker; nur mit dem Knoblauch sollte man es nicht \u00fcbertreiben.
