Chili<br \/>\nevtl. Thymian<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kok ris etter anvisning p\u00e5 pakken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sk\u00e5ld mandlene (ha dem i koktvarmt vann i 5 min. slik at skallet l\u00f8sner, sil, og ta skallet av), t\u00f8rk dem og rist dem litt i t\u00f8rr panne\/wok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skrell den nederste delen av aspargesene mens de ligger p\u00e5 bordflaten. Skj\u00e6r i biter, men behold tuppene hele.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r r\u00f8dl\u00f8k i b\u00e5ter og babymais i 3.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r kj\u00f8ttet i s\u00e5 tynne skiver som mulig.<\/li>\n<li>Stek det i litt olje til det f\u00e5r farge og ta det ut.<\/li>\n<li>Stek l\u00f8ken til den er myk, tilsett aspargesstenglene, babymais og kj\u00f8tt, og stek videre i noen minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Ha i vann, buljongterning som er knust med gaffel (har du ikke kj\u00f8ttbuljong kan du bruke kyllingbuljong), spinat i grove strimler (fjern grove stilker) og evt. hakket chili.<\/li>\n<li>Kok til alt er gjennomvarmt og spinaten har falt sammen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ha p\u00e5 sk\u00e5ldede mandler og friske timianblader ved servering.
