Petersilie<\/p>\n<p><em>Poteter<\/em><br \/>\n2 fedd Hvitl\u00f8k<br \/>\n3 ss Solsikkeolje<br \/>\n600 g Mandelpoteter<\/p>\n<p><em>Svinebiff<\/em><br \/>\n300 g Strimlet svinebiff<br \/>\n100 g Champignon<br \/>\n1 stk L\u00f8k<br \/>\n1 ss Solsikkeolje<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sett ovnen p\u00e5 200 \u02daC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r potetene i b\u00e5ter.<\/li>\n<li>Vend dem i solsikkeolje med raspet hvitl\u00f8k, salt og pepper og stek i ovnen i 15-20 minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r champignon og l\u00f8k i skiver.<\/li>\n<li>Stek kj\u00f8ttet i varm panne med solsikkeolje til det f\u00e5r en brun og fin farge.<\/li>\n<li>Tilsett sopp og l\u00f8k.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kok ut pannen med kremfl\u00f8te og la det koke inn i 3-4 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Smak til med salt og pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kutt aspargesb\u00f8nnene i ca. 2 cm store biter og kok dem i et par minutter i godt saltet vann.<\/li>\n<li>Dryss b\u00f8nnene over gryten rett f\u00f8r servering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server gjerne med finhakket persille.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nNie gemacht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<!--\n\n<li>Tania & Arnold<\/li>\n\n-->\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Svinebiff i kremfl\u00f8te (Rema 1000) Zutaten (3 Portionen): Fl\u00f8te og topping 3 dl kartong Kremfl\u00f8te 150 g Aspargesb\u00f8nner evtl.
