Bruk lav varme, 2.) Hold ut!<br \/>\nKlarer du \u00e5 f\u00f8lge de to reglene er mye gjort. Riktignok m\u00e5 du ogs\u00e5 passe p\u00e5 det ikke kommer med eggeskall. Er du s\u00e5 uheldig kan du faktisk sile eggeblandingen gjennom en sikt. Noen mener at omeletten ogs\u00e5 blir mer luftig om den siles. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ha i like mange spiseskjeer vann som du bruker egg. Pisk godt sammen &#8211; helt til du blir st\u00f8l i armen.<\/li>\n<li>Smelt sm\u00f8r i panna. Bruk bare middels varme.<\/li>\n<li>Hell i omelettr\u00f8ren.
