Ganz lecker und auch am n\u00e4chsten Tag nicht schlabberig. Aber das Gr\u00fcnkohlkneten war doch etwas zeitaufw\u00e4ndig, und Arnold besteht darauf, den Salat nie wieder an einem Wochentag zu machen.
