Klipp den grovt og ha i en food processor. Kj\u00f8r til det er sm\u00e5tt.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e6sj oppi en god klunk olivenolje, n\u00f8tter og hvitl\u00f8k. Kj\u00f8r videre til det er ganske jevnt.<\/li>\n<li>Skvis oppi litt sitronsaft og kj\u00f8r videre. Spe med olivenolje til pestoen har den konsistensen du \u00f8nsker. <\/li>\n<li>Smak til med salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Tips:<\/em> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alle typer usaltede n\u00f8tter kan funke. Pr\u00f8v feks mandler, valn\u00f8tter eller cashewn\u00f8tter.<\/li>\n<li>Juster konsistensen p\u00e5 pestoen ved \u00e5 variere mengden olivenolje.
