Do not allow to burn. Set aside to cool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Chop off ends of each zucchini.<\/li>\n<li>Using a vegetable peeler, shave the zucchini into a large bowl, creating long strips. Discard the seedy center. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Add olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper to a small bowl and whisk.<\/li>\n<li> Add to the salad and mix well. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Roughly chop the cooled walnuts and add to the salad, along with the green onions and parsley. Mix well.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nSehr lecker zitronig, und die Zucchinistreifen hatten eine gute Konsistenz.
