Legg p\u00e5 indrefileten og snurr spekeskinkeskivene rundt fileten.<\/li>\n<li>Pensle fileten med olje og stekt den i stekovn ved 200-225 grader i ca. 20 minutter. (Du kan ogs\u00e5 bruke grillen. Da bruner du filetene raskt over gl\u00f8rne, for s\u00e5 \u00e5 flytte dem til en del av grillen hvor det ikke er kull. Legg over lokk).<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r fileten i to cm tykke skiver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server med ovnsstekte poteter og salat. Eller med en potetsalat.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ovnsstekte poteter<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sett stekeovnen p\u00e5 200 grader. <\/li>\n<li>Vask og t\u00f8rk poteten. Del i b\u00e5ter og legg dem i en ildfast form.<\/li>\n<li>Krydre med salt og pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Drypp over olje.<\/li>\n<li>Stek potetene i 25-30 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Snu potetb\u00e5tene under stekingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nSehr lecker. Wir haben allerdings zum Schluss noch die Grillfunktion des Backofens angeschmissen &#8230; das war zu viel des Guten und das Fleisch war zu durch. Dazu gab es Kartoffelp\u00fcree mit Schnittlauch und ausgelassenen Speckw\u00fcrfeln sowie gr\u00fcnen Salat mit Zitronensaft und Trockentomatenw\u00fcrfeln.
