Det kan ta 2-3 timer.<\/li>\n<li>La det avkj\u00f8le noe i kraften. Imens lages resten klart:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r r\u00f8dbeter (bruk gummihansker!), gulrot, poteter og hodek\u00e5l i fine strimler. <\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r l\u00f8k i ringer og hakk hvitl\u00f8ken og fres dem i sm\u00f8r eller olivenolje i en gryte. <\/li>\n<li>Ha i resten av gr\u00f8nnsakene og hell p\u00e5 den silte kraften.<\/li>\n<li>Kok gr\u00f8nnsakene s\u00e5 vidt m\u00f8re (ca. 15 minutter), og skj\u00e6r i mellomtiden kj\u00f8ttet i strimler. <\/li>\n<li>Smak til suppen med eddik, salt og pepper. Ha kj\u00f8ttet i.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Server med godt br\u00f8d til.<br \/>\nLa gjestene selv legge en klatt r\u00f8mme i suppen og forsyne seg med et persilledryss og sm\u00e5 salte agurker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nS\u00fc\u00df, aber nicht zu sehr (man kann vielleicht etwas mehr Essig benutzen).
